Charter Township of Union Sidewalk Extensions

GFA worked with the Charter Township of Union to extend sidewalk along S Lincoln Road and Pickard Road adjacent to McDonald Park and the Township Hall. The goal of the project was to increase accessibility and walkability around McDonald Park for pedestrians.. Completed by Isabella Corporation, the project and consisted of approximately 1,300 feet of new concrete sidewalk, ADA curb ramps at the road intersection, and a new outdoor fitness pad at the park. Additional sidewalk expansion projects are planned for 2024 across the Township.
