Socks Construction has developed over 2 million square feet of commercial and residential space in the greater Traverse City area. GFA has worked with Socks Construction on numerous projects from initial concept through project closeout. These projects include condominium buildings and mixed-use buildings with first floor commercial space and residential units above. GFA's knowledge of local zoning and agency requirements have helped streamline the design and permitting process to maintain the pace of Socks Construction's component style construction method. From the initial site plan, to the site engineering design and obtaining approvals, to construction staking and material testing, GFA has been a part of many of these projects including the Capri Condominiums, Modern State Mixed-Use, SNL Luxury Condominiums, Cypress Condominiums Ivy Terrace Condominiums, and more.
