Developers wanted to turn this 40-acre parcel in Long Lake Township into the next phase of an existing residential subdivision. With GFA’s planning and design expertise, 28 new residential units with views of the surrounding countryside, and some with direct frontage on South Twin Lake, were able to be developed and constructed on this vacant parcel by Walton Contracting, Inc. GFA designed nearly half a mile of private roadway and associated storm water management systems while minimizing earthwork on this generally hilly site.
