Developers wished to maximize the potential of this 49 acre vacant parcel in Blair Township adjacent to the Blair Township Park. GFA worked with developers to develop a 110 unit affordable luxury home development with connections to the neighboring park. The project consisted of private roadway design, storm water management controls, individual septic fields and public water supply. GFA’s experience with local zoning controls and agency requirements helped to provide a creative and thoughtful design while minimizing unnecessary construction costs.
