Stafford Meadows

Stafford Meadows Site Condominium is located at the intersection of Rennie School Road and East Silver Lake Road in Blair Township, Michigan. The single-family home subdivision consists of 90 lots with an average parcel size of 0.3 acres and average home sizes of 1,600 square feet. GFA worked with the developer to design a layout that would maximize the parent parcel density while minimizing construction costs and earthwork to provide an affordable housing option for local families. The project included public water and sewer extensions throughout the site condominium and utilized existing topographic depressions for storm water storage and deeded Open Space.  GFA provided full consulting services for the project, including land surveying, engineering design and permitting, Exhibit B condominium drawings, and construction services such as material testing and construction staking. Phase 1, consisting of lots 1 thru 48, was completed in 2015 by Molon Excavating, and Phase 2, consisting of lots 49 thru 90, was completed in 2023 by Walton Contracting.
